About the role
As a **Sr. QNXT Configuration Analyst** , you will make an impact by configuring and maintaining QNXT systems to ensure accurate claims processing and compliance with client requirements. You will be a valued member of our **Healthcare Technology team** , collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality configuration solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
In this role, you will:
+ Conduct **requirements discovery sessions** with clients to determine configuration outcomes and clarify gaps.
+ Interpret **paper contracts for reimbursement** and translate them into system configurations.
+ Configure QNXT for **new implementations and ongoing plan maintenance** .
+ Troubleshoot and provide **remediation or workarounds for claim pend issues** .
+ Perform **back-end queries** and validate configuration setups to ensure accurate claim processing.
+ Advise clients on **configuration decisions** in collaboration with business teams.
+ Communicate progress and status updates to project stakeholders.

What you need to have to be considered
+ **7+ years** of hands-on experience configuring the **QNXT system** , including creating and maintaining provider contracts, benefits, service groups, fee tables, and policy administration.
+ Strong experience with **QNXT back-end** and ability to write **SQL queries** for analysis and configuration validation.
+ Familiarity with **Medicaid and Medicare programs** .
+ Ability to troubleshoot and remediate claim pend issues effectively.
These will help you stand out
+ Experience with **NetworX / QCS** .
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
