Job Description:

Education:

+ Associates degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience.

Work Experiences:

+ Minimum of two years work experience, Retail or related work experience is a plus.

Skills:

+ Experience utilizing ERP accounting systems, specifically PeopleSoft and Oracle, a plus.

+ Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Strong technical aptitude: ability to quickly learn and operate new systems efficiently.

+ Ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with business teams.

+ Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines.

+ Detail oriented, with the ability to thoroughly research and analyze data.

+ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to listen effectively and follow direction.

+ Highly organized, self-starter, and capable of working efficiently with minimum supervision.

+ Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist in Auditing individual Store Sales in the Oracle Retail Sales Audit Module (ReSa).

+ Respond to Playbook tickets and Store emails to resolve transactional or funding errors in a timely manner and address customer facing inquires.

+ Analyze, research, and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions.

+ Utilize external merchant services platforms to research and process funding.

+ Review and dispute chargebacks for card brands and private label tenders.

+ Monitor and Review Chargeback submissions for timely completion.

+ Required to learn company policies.

+ Maintain confidentiality of Academy’s financial information.

+ Duties may change. Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
