Full-Time | Long-Term Care | 13-Week Contract
Position Details
Openings: 2 Full-Time GNA Positions
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Hours: 40 hours/week (5x8s required)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shifts Available:
+ 3:00pm–11:30pm (M–F, every other weekend, every holiday)
+ 11:00pm–7:30am (M–F, every other weekend, every holiday)
Start Dates: ASAP — typically Tuesdays, 2–3 weeksfrom offer Orientation: Every Tuesday (next scheduled: 01/14/26)
Requirements
+ Minimum 1 year of recent hands-on LTC or Assisted Living experience
+ Must agree to the exact shift offered (no schedule modifications)
+ Immediate availability required — positions are not held
+ Must complete credentialing quickly to secure placement
Additional Information
+ EMR: Yardi (training provided)
+ Staffing Ratios (LTC Units):
+ Day/Evening: 3 RN/LPN + 3 GNA (minimum 2/2)
+ Nights: 2 RN/LPN + 2 GNA (minimum 1/2)
+ Free on-site parking; any color scrubs permitted
+ All hours guaranteed (not applicable to extra picked-up shifts)
