CTG is seeking to fill a Data Center Analyst I opening for our client in Millsboro, DE.

**Location:** Millsboro, DE

**Duration:** 18-months

Overview:

Support data center operations through installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate with engineering and project teams to interpret requirements and support data center initiatives.

+ Assign rack space, cabling, and network ports to support deployments.

+ Receive, stage, install, and remove data center equipment, including servers, routers, switches, racks, patch panels, and copper/fiber cabling.

+ Ensure projects follow documented processes and are implemented with minimal business impact.

+ Create and maintain technical documentation for implementation and ongoing support.

+ Communicate technical requirements and project status to stakeholders at varying technical levels.

+ Provide evening and 24x7 on-call support as scheduled.

+ Adhere to company risk, regulatory, and internal control standards; identify and escalate risks as needed.

+ Support an inclusive work environment aligned with the M&T Bank brand.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities:

+ Provide hands-on support for data center infrastructure and hardware lifecycle activities.

+ Work under general supervision while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

+ None.

Education and Experience Required:

+ Minimum of 4 years combined higher education and/or relevant work experience.

+ Ability to understand technical documentation with strong attention to detail.

+ Proven written and verbal communication skills, including status reporting.

+ Experience explaining technical issues to management.

+ Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education and Experience Preferred:

+ Associate’s degree in Technology or a related field.

+ Relevant certifications or specialized technical training.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
