We are looking for LVNs who are committed and passionate about having a positive impact on a child's life. The position is Monday through Friday during school hours - exact scheduling may vary dependent on school site placement.

What We Offer:

+ Full Time and Per-Diem Schedule

+ Competitive Pay Rate up to$40/HR (DOE)

In this position, you would be working either:

+ 1:1 with a student, providing medical attention throughout the day

+ Classroom setting support students with medical needs

+ Health office setting involving med pass, diabetic support, paperwork and documenting

The top 5 skillsets needed, but are not limited to:

+ G-tubes

+ Seizure Disorders/Monitoring

+ Mental/physical delays

+ Med pass

+ Trach

Minimum Requirements:

+ Licensed as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in state(s) where practicing

+ One year of School Nursing/Pediatric experience, preferred

+ At least one year of recent tracheostomy experience is required, unless approved by Amergis Clinical Designee

+ Completes tracheostomy competencies successfully

+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
