Responsibilities

Lift Truck Associate

Brookshire, TX

Compensation Includes:

+ Starting Pay Rate of **$18.00/hour**

Responsibilities

+ Moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment

+ Perform all material transfers with high accuracy and accountability following established processes and procedures

+ Perform all duties with a strong focus on safety

+ Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and company practices, including truck/railcar safety rules and the attendance policy

+ Effectively perform all duties outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work

+ Assist with operations on all EPS lines as assigned; relieve operators for breaks

+ Perform Packers (Packing Associates) and Operator B (Operator Associates) duties as trained

+ Fill in as Operator for breaks or as assigned

+ Provide excellent communication and customer service to internal and external customers

+ Assist others with daily assignments and work effectively within a team

+ Ensure assignments are completed in a timely manner

+ Conduct daily forklift inspections

+ Support SAP functions related to inventory and load management (e.g., Pick List, PGI)

+ Perform additional tasks as required; responsibilities may vary as needed

Qualifications

+ Ability to perform simple calculations and apply sound mathematical reasoning

+ Knowledge of applicable machinery; competency in forklift operations strongly preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Positive work attitude and willingness to collaborate with others
