The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal inside club servers to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a club server, you are responsible for setting up and maintaining buffet stations, replenishing hot and cold foods, cleanliness of the dining room, and assisting with running food for in-seat service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small team that makes a big impact!

This is a seasonal position that works during the baseball season. The season starts in March and goes until October, pending possible playoff schedule.

Pay

$19.15 - $19.15 / hour

What will you do?

+ Set up buffet areas and stations as per company standards

+ Monitor & refill cooked and cooled food items at the buffets

+ Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning

+ Run food orders from the in-seat kitchen to the dining room

+ May attend to guests’ needs for beverages, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures

More about you

+ Experience in fine dining, catering, or luxury service preferred

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed

+ Excellent communication skills

Physical requirements

+ Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

+ Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners

+ Ability to lift, balance, and move food trays, weighing up to 20 pounds, for set-up, service, and clean-up

+ Visual acuity and hearing to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to stand or walk for the entire length ofthe shift; may include walking up and down stairs
