Job Overview
Ebenezer is looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our Education team at the Ebenezer Corporate Office in Edina, MN! This position ensures smooth and efficient operation of the Education Department/NEO through supporting staff, maintaining organizational processes, and assists with administrative tasks. The position will also be responsible for maintaining the staffing grids for the Corporate Float Pool and external agency staffing for Ebenezer sites. The position will also organize events, manage records, prepare materials, and provide technical and logistical support for the Education Department.
This administrative schedule includes;
+ 80 hours every two weeks
+ Full time; Day shift
+ No weekends
Responsibilities:
+ Create a welcoming experience for students
+ NEO Support
+ Maintains an organized and fully operational education department from an administrative standpoint
+ Conducts staffing for the internal Corporate Float Pool and external agency staffing
+ Educator support
+ Travel/Site-based education support
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
+ less than 1 year of previous experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
+ High School /GED
+ One to three years of previous experience
