Drive brand growth by securing partnerships that expand reach, build cultural relevance, and deliver measurable business impact.
Lead end-to-end partnership execution from strategy design and talent selection to contract negotiation, creative integration, activation, and post-campaign evaluation.
Manage agency partners to deliver world-class activations, ensuring they are accountable for performance, budgets, and creative excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media, PR, and Commercial teams to integrate partnerships into broader marketing campaigns and the customer journey.
Oversee performance measurement for all partnerships, providing actionable insights to optimize future investments.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with talent agencies, media platforms, rights holders, and brand partners.
Stay ahead of cultural trends to proactively source opportunities that align with brand positioning and resonate with target audiences.
Who You’ll Need
8+ years in brand partnerships, talent partnerships, sponsorships, or media integrations, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile collaborations that drive brand and business results.
Experience working in a consumer brand, retail, ecommerce, or entertainment environment; in-house experience strongly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contract terms, deliverables, and budgets.
Deep understanding of brand strategy, cultural marketing, and how partnerships connect to commercial objectives.
Proven success managing external agencies and partners to deliver against KPIs.
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, comfortable setting direction while rolling up your sleeves to drive execution.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
 Creative problem-solver with a resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time).
Bonus if you have:
Experience leading partnerships within a global brand, media company, or entertainment property.
Background in integrating partnerships across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
