GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Supervisors to fulfill different assignments for our clients.

Site Location: Dallas, Tx

Set schedule: We are hiring shift supervisors on multiple schedules (morning, afternoon, and overnight). Specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor

Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.

Supervise the day to day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the high standard

Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff

React quickly to threats or incidents

Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

Document incidents and actions taken

Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Security Supervisor

Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

First aid certification is an asset

Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

Previous supervisory experience is preferred

You have a state license if required
