    ABOUT THE JOB

    Golden State Foods is seeking an Executive Recruiter with a deep passion for sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for senior-level positions for our corporate and manufacturing business. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future leadership of our organization by bringing in exceptional leaders to propel our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salaried / exempt recruitment, outstanding relationship-building abilities, and understand the need to act with a sense of urgency. While the primary focus is on exempt roles, this position is perfect for a collaborative team player who is ready to assist with recruitment efforts at all levels as needed.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    + Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for exempt level roles.

    + Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the hiring needs, define role expectations, and assist in developing tailored recruitment strategies.

    + Deliver a smooth, high-quality candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and thoughtful engagement.

    + Manage structured, organized interview processes, including kickoffs, calibrations, debriefs, and offer alignment.

    + Build and maintain strong leadership pipelines to support current and future organizational needs across food service, manufacturing, operations, and related industries.

    + Use talent analytics and market insights to guide search strategies and influence stakeholder decisions.

    + Manage relationships with external search firms and recruitment partners when necessary.

    + Uphold Golden State Foods' values and commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    + 5+ years in high touch salaried recruitment

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred

    + Internal corporate hiring recruitment experience required. Agency recruitment experience preferred

    + Proven track record managing multiple executive searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    + Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions using data and market insight.

    + Strong direct sourcing skills: research, mapping target companies, engaging passive talent, and building long-term relationships.

    + Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

    + High level of discretion and professionalism

    + Ability to act with a sense of urgency to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

    Salary Range

    $110,000 - $125,000 DOE
