Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Remote TN State Manager to work at an industry leading title company. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support real estate transactions by overseeing a team who will be researching public records and examining property titles and providing support as needed. This role is essential to determining the legal condition of property titles and may operate within a production center, branch office, or as part of a collaborative title team. There will be only a 5-10% travel expectation for this role.

Skills and Requirements
-5-10+ years of management experience
-5-10+ years of title examination experience
-Tennessee specific experience
-Oversees the domestic and global teams who compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and
insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property title
-Has customer service mindset and able to work with many different departments internally and externally
-Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
-Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team
-Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
-Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
-Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others
-Performs all other duties as assigned by leaders
-High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
