Job Description
We are seeking a Site Support Technician to provide part-time, on-site technical support for a large oil and gas client in the Dallas area. In this role, you will serve as the primary resource for maintaining and troubleshooting printers, hardware devices, and audiovisual (AV) systems to ensure seamless daily operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining printers and copiers, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and setting up, operating, and maintaining AV equipment such as projectors, conference room systems, and video conferencing tools. You will collaborate closely with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, document support activities and resolutions, ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards, and deliver excellent customer service to end-users in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Hourly Rate:$18-20 per hour

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in printer, hardware, and AV operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office hardware.
Familiarity with AV systems such as Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in oil and gas or other industrial environments is a plus.
