    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce IT Project Admin. This role would be fully remote position as well as a direct hire. Our client is a full-service mortgage bank committed to innovative solutions in the mortgage industry. They handle all aspects of the loan process in-house and are experiencing significant growth. We are looking for an IT Project Admin / Manager with strong administrative and data management skills to support our technology initiatives. This role focuses on organizing and maintaining data integrity within our platforms, ensuring smooth onboarding for new users, and driving operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Administer and manage tasks within Jungo/Salesforce (Jungo certification is a plus).

     

    - Set up new users and maintain platform functionality.

     

    - Perform data organization and cleanup, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

     

    - Upload and manage contact and loan data with attention to detail.

     

    - Conduct business analysis and work extensively with spreadsheets in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).

     

    - Collaborate with internal teams to support IT projects involving data management.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2 to 3 years of experience in IT project administration or management related roles

     

    - Hands on experience with Salesforce (cert preferred)

     

    - Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP)

     

    - Ability to analyze and interpret data - Experience in the mortgage or financial service industry

     

    - Loan or lending industry experience

     

    - Experience with Jungo
