Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a HealthStream Administrator and Instructional Designer to sit remote for a healthcare client. This position manages the Learning Management System (LMS) and is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the LMS. This role reports to the Director of Training and Organization Development and provides reporting, metrics and analysis for learning across the organization and serves as the subject matter expert for virtual /eLearning instructional design.

Additionally, this position partners with subject matter experts across the organization on learning projects, assists in performing needs analysis, developing content, and evaluating learning effectiveness. Consults and advises SME's on learning/instructional design and adult learning theory to ensure learner engagement, motivation and retention.

(This role can pay 60-70hr based off years of experience)

Skills and Requirements

-12 years of related work experience, and bachelors degree in work related discipline

-Ability to use Windows-based office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)

-Ability to develop tracking mechanisms and schema to identify employee training requirements and qualification status.

-Correlate and maintain course evaluations and track attendance of classes in the LMS system.

-Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

-Knowledge of Healthstream.

-Knowledge of online authoring software(s) such as Captivate, -Articulate, Lectora, Adobe, or other similar programs.

-Knowledge of Lean, JIT, Six Sigma and/or Agile/Scrum techniques.

-Knowledge and familiarity with an electronic LMS.

-Knowledge and familiarity with course authoring tools such as -Articulate, Flash, and Captivate.

-Knowledge of database management.

-Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project, MS Visio, and Microsoft Teams.

-Knowledge of software tools to edit video, audio, design graphics, and edit photos.

-Ability to establish project scope, plan, and track team's progress against milestones.

-Exceptional knowledge of LMS, website development, eLearning module development, project management, instructional design principles, learning modalities, leading-edge education tools/applications, mentoring skills, and customer service skills.
