    Job Description

    Mobilization

     

    Gather jobsite details and coordinate IT Project Setup Packets.

     

    Request vendor quotes, present options, and finalize contracts.

     

    Schedule installations, confirm delivery dates, and maintain follow-ups.

     

    Organize paperwork, track inventory, and update stakeholders.

     

    Demobilization

     

    Create demobilization tickets and confirm timelines.

     

    Coordinate service disconnections and asset recovery.

     

    Update IT systems and close tickets.

     

    Office Maintenance

     

    Oversee upgrades, manage service contracts, and coordinate relocations/moves.

     

    Administrative Support

     

    Backup for processing credit cards and mileage reports.

     

    Maintain inventory spreadsheet for networking equipment.

     

    Backup for purchasing tasks.

     

    Salary: 60k

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    1–2 years related experience preferred. Experience in IT project management and infrastructure setup.

     

    Familiarity with IT systems and low-voltage installations.

     

    Basic knowledge of internet technologies.

     

    Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and coordination.
