Job Description
As an HRIS UAT analyst, you will support user acceptance testing activities and ongoing HRIS operations. Key responsibilities include preparing test scripts, staging and setting up system data, and validating system changes such as patch upgrades and custom enhancements. The role involves tracking behavioral changes, processing and validating mass imports, performing data clean-ups, and reporting discrepancies. Additionally, the analyst helps maintain test plans and documentation, delivers second-tier support for Lawson and Global HR systems, and resolves functional issues through the Case Management System. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, system maintenance, configuration assistance, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The analyst collaborates with internal teams, IT&S, and vendors, while also contributing to HRIS process documentation and developing training programs for core user groups. This position requires adaptability to perform other duties as assigned, ensuring smooth HRIS operations and successful system enhancements.

Skills and Requirements
-3+ years of HRIS Analyst experience
-Bachelors Degree
-Experience in HRMS systems (Lawson HRMS preferred) -Knowledge of HR Concepts, terminology. and functional analysis
-Microsoft Excel Proficient
-Experience participating in change initiatives
