Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an AP Specialist that is responsible for streamlining, standardizing, and documenting all Accounts Payable processes. You will be handling invoices and resolving invoice issues with vendors and other internal departments to ensure payment in timely manner.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices for payment and ensure that payment is made and received in a

• timely manner. Review vendor statements for missed payments as needed.

• Contact internal departments to resolve invoice problems as they arise; investigate

• discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders and contact appropriate

• department(s); contact warehouse to resolve invoice shortages or non-receipt.

• Contact vendors to resolve invoices with discrepancies or obtain copies of invoices.

• Reconcile travel expenses and corporate card, as assigned.

• Processing of checks and ACH, as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• High School Degree

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable Experience

• Strong proficiency in Excel • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, or related field

• Salesforce or SAP experience
