    Job Description

    The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for ensuring the organization’s Salesforce platform operates efficiently and supports data‑driven decision‑making. This includes maintaining and configuring the system, managing user access, building and enhancing workflows, and ensuring data accuracy through regular audits and upkeep. The role also involves developing reports and dashboards, analyzing Salesforce data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities, supporting integrations and data migrations, and translating business needs into actionable system enhancements. Additionally, the Salesforce Analyst provides ongoing training and support to users while helping define key metrics and reporting requirements that guide operational and strategic initiatives.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

     

    3+ years of Salesforce administration and data analysis experience.

     

    Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

     

    Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

     

    Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.

     

    Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
