Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Automation / DDC Controls Technician to join our team in a full-time, client facility-based role. You will be responsible for programming, installing, servicing, and maintaining Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and Building Automation Systems (BAS) at commercial facilities. This position may be dedicated to a single site, providing consistent, hands-on support. Key duties include interfacing professionally with customers and contractors, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing control systems, backing up programs, and documenting services using maintenance software. This role offers competitive pay, a fixed schedule during normal hours, no overtime or on-call requirements, single-site work, and includes a company vehicle and laptop. 6 month contract to hire.

Skills and Requirements

- 2+ years of direct BAS/BAC work (calibration, install, repair)

- Preventative maintenance and service work on fume hoods Experience working on fume hoods and repairing equilibrium, pressure, and permanent purge mode.
