    Job Description

    We are looking for a AI Content QA Analyst to help assess media & audio. This role will help to

     

    Ensure the quality, accuracy, and naturalness of AI‑translated website content. You will be responsible for Reviewing Spanish translations post‑deployment, validate meaning against the English source, and flag tone/style issues (e.g., formality, brand voice, regional appropriateness).

    Compensation:

    $30-45/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Responsibilities

    • Review AI‑translated Spanish content against English source; confirm accuracy, completeness, and intent to adhere to Accessibility guidelines

    • Assess voice, tone, register, and politeness with brand‑style conformance.

    • Validate locale (US Spanish vs. LATAM vs. Spain), idioms, and cultural considerations; enforce terminology/glossary.

    • Collaborate with engineering to improve prompts, glossaries, and model guardrails; contribute examples for tuning.

    • Produce quality reports (pass/fail, rationales, and severity), support go/no‑go launch decisions.

     

    Track metrics: human adequacy/fluency scores, terminology adherence, tone compliance, and rework rate.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Fluent in Spanish & English

    • 3+ years' experience doing QA related work within audio/media relating to Accessibility

    • Proven experience in localization QA or post‑editing machine translation for web/app content.

    • Familiarity with style guides, terminology management, and accessibility/microcopy.

     

    Comfort with CMS/workflow tools (Jira, Git, or equivalent) and structured QA reporting.
