    Job Description

    Join a cross-functional strategic program that combines process improvement with technology and AI-driven solutions. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be the primary business-facing analytics partner: translating stakeholder questions into data insights, building dashboards and reports, and supporting decisions that drive process change and technical implementation. This is a hybrid role based in the Philadelphia region.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience in a business facing analytics role Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries against production data sources.

    Power BI for creating and maintain dashboards

    Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) for ad hoc analysis. Familiarity with data modeling concepts, BI best practices, and versioned analytics (metrics layer, LookML/DBT awareness).

     

    Basic exposure to Python or R for analysis or automation.

     

    Experience measuring the impact of technology or AI/ML-led process changes.

     

    Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) or experience supporting change management with analytics.
