Job Description
A global leader in the original design and manufacture of innovative aerospace ground support equipment and tooling is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of there global
organization. The CFO will be a member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing financial reporting,
planning, and risk management. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on financial
management experience in a dynamic and growing environment.
1. Strategic Financial Leadership
a) Exemplify, retain, and communicate “up to date” ASC, GAAP, IFRS, and related accounting
pronouncements in accurate financial reporting for domestic and international business
units and affiliated entities.
b) Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
c) Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, President, and COO on financial planning and
business operations.
d) Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive leadership team.
2. Accounting, Reporting, and Risk Management
a) Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with ASC, GAAP, and IFRS
pronouncements to ensure meeting regulatory reporting standards.
b) Oversee statutory audit requirements with international operations.
c) Oversee cost accounting and related functions.
d) Maintain a strong internal control environment.
e) Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
f) Oversee tax compliance and reporting requirements.
3. Tax and Compliance, legal formation.
a) Have a deep knowledge and understanding of tax compliance and reporting requirements
for an international company. The candidate must have a deep understanding of a multitier pass-through entity format. Significant knowledge of pass-through entities is
preferred.
b) Experience in tax planning in a family office format, with multi-entity tax year planning
preferred. Preference for knowledge in a variety of entities, including estate planning.
c) Deep understanding of legal formation and annual compliance requirements needed
4. Financial Planning & Analysis
a) Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, performance metrics, and business
insights.
b) Monitor financial performance and proactively recommend corrective actions.
c) Supporting M&A opportunities, as may be required, including due diligence and analysis.
5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
a) Manage cash flow and banking relationships and provide input to ownership on
investment strategies.
b) Oversee financing, capital structure, and risk management initiatives.
6. Operational Efficiency
a) Evaluate and optimize financial systems, tools, and processes for scalability and
efficiency.
b) Partner with department heads to drive financial discipline across the organization.
c) Lead commercial insurance and risk management. Understanding of insurance
requirements for a multi-entity international organization.
7. Team Leadership
a) Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
b) Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

Skills and Requirements
- BA in accounting
- CPA License in Active Status
-Significant up-to-date knowledge in ASC, GAAP,
-Significant and up-to-date knowledge in taxation in a multi-entity format
-Significant knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing setting.
-7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a CFO or senior finance role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
-Understand principles of corporate and partnership taxation and regulatory requirements.
-Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business operations
-Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
-Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, Excel, BI tools, tableau 1. MBA or Master's Degree
2. M&A experience in both transactional level and standard due diligence.
3. Minimum 6 years of experience in public accounting before transitioning to private, preferably at
a big-4 CPA Firm.
4. Scaling manufacturing operations or transitioning through growth phases.
5. Familiarity with international operations, trade compliance, or multi-entity reporting.
6. Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Prior experience with Epicor ERP software.
