Job Description
As a Mobile Planning Analyst, you will own the forecasting and planning for a specific mobile product swim lane —whether Apple, Android (including Samsung, TCL, Google), accessories, or SIM cards at one of the largest telecom clients in South Charlotte. You will be the go-to expert for your category, driving demand and supply planning, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring promotional and seasonal impacts are accurately reflected in forecasts.

Skills and Requirements
• 2–3 years of demand planning or forecasting experience
• Strong Excel skills (SUMIFS, IF/THEN logic, variance analysis)
• Ability to understand cause-and-effect across product portfolios
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• No specific industry experience required—planning expertise is key • Build and manage forecasts from scratch (up to 12 months out)
• Submit weekly demand and supply forecasts to vendors
• Lead vendor calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Serve as liaison between product and warehouse teams
• Analyze promotional and seasonal impacts on sales
• Collaborate with marketing on initiatives and retail promotions
• Conduct variance analysis and Excel-based modeling
• Communicate forecasted units to sister team for financial translation
