We are looking for experienced Software Engineer to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. This is a fast paced, challenging, and rewarding experience in which you are able to provide solutions on one of the most complex and high profile programs within this community.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

We are looking for experienced Software Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. A Bachelor s or Master s degrees are preferred with a minimum of eleven (11) years relevant experience with the following skillsets:

+ Proven significant success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript, GlideScript, XML and/or other coding applications

+ Experience developing and maintaining custom Service Catalog form and workflows, based on customer requirements

+ Ability to maintain sponsor s Tenant and personal development instance (PDI) in ServiceNow

+ Customer support: ability to respond to customer inquiries submitted via the Service Catalog form, support billing, create/maintain accounts in ServiceNow CMDB

+ Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

+ Ability to work independently, and also work in a team environment

+ Research, understand, and develop using new technologies and standards as needed

+ Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment

+ Proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and tools to significantly enhance IT service delivery, driving measurable business value and innovation aligned with leadership priorities

+ Must have high degree of initiative, creativity, and technical ability to drive innovation

+ Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

+ Familiar with Scrum, Lean, Agile and DevOps.

+ Database Administration (Oracle or MYSQL) experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
