Pay Rate: $15.50 / hour

Position Requirements:

1. Develop versatility and competence in all related job tasks and operations

2. Submit Improvement Proposals as needed in regards to Safety, Well Being, Efficiency, cost, 5S

3. Participate in the implementation of Improvement proposals as required Participate to safety and environment risks reduction & participate in line QRQC Respect Zoning, 5S and improvements by his/her team

4. Participate in VPS (Valeo Production Systems) workshops (flow analysis MUDA hunting, 5S, Hoshin, TPM) Respect Valeo 5 axes in daily activities to reach and maintain V5000 targets

5. Use of basic math skills (Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying, and Basic Division)

6. Completion of daily paperwork as required of the area

7. Operation of Fork Lift if required and certified to Valeo Standards

8. Ability to operate at or exceeding production rate and pace

9. Visual inspection and confirmation of part compared to provided visual documentation

10. Maneuver and Assemble small parts and tools as required

11. Operation of handheld technology

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $15.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
