What You'll Do

As the **Retail Manager** , you will oversee a vibrant "small but mighty" footprint that includes:

+ **Diverse Stations:** Manage a high-quality Pizza program, Made-to-Order Deli, Hot Entrée station, and a fresh Salad Bar.

+ **Grab & Go:** Optimize our high-volume Grab & Go and beverage selections.

+ **Indirect Leadership:** Lead and influence a team of 5 client staff members, ensuring Sodexo’s standards of excellence, safety, and customer service are met every day.
