Day to Day

We are seeking an experienced and agile Director of Sales to join our company. As the Director of Sales, you will be accountable for guiding our inside sales team and driving revenue growth by setting and achieving long-term sales goals while fostering a culture of empathy, motivation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

+ Inspire and motivate the Sales Executive to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional results. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and growth.

+ You will hire, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives, and direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Indeed products and services

+ Drive new business generation and up-selling of existing advertisers.

+ Utilize data-driven insights to make informed choices and enhance sales strategies. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

+ Adhere to sales business rules, practices, and policies for sales territories.

Skills/Competencies

+ 7+ years of sales experience.

+ 2+ years of sales management experience.

+ Effective in motivating and inspiring a diverse team with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.

+ Demonstrates outstanding communication and presentation aptitude, both verbal and written.

+ Analytical mindset, effective in leveraging data and insights to make informed choices to help achieve long-term sales goals.

+ Excellent business acumen and a strategic mindset to contribute to overall company growth

Salary Range Transparency

The base salary range for this role in the Austin Metro Area is 75,000 - 109,000 USD per year. The 'On Target Earning' (OTE) range for this role is approximately $195,000 - 229,000 USD per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
