    About the Role

     

    As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in the production of high-quality wood veneer components used in the aerospace industry. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact the performance, safety, and reliability of aerospace products.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate a variety of machines in a production woodworking (veneer) environment, including **presses, sanders, shears, and cutting knives**

    + Follow **detailed work instructions** to ensure precision and consistency

    + **Identify, document, and report quality concerns** to maintain high standards

    + Carefully and delicately **handle fragile veneer panels**

    + **Support other production areas** as needed to meet team goals

    Required Qualifications

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Basic computer skills

    + Ability to **lift up to 25 lbs**

    + Ability to **stand for 8+ hours per shift**

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    Preferred Qualifications

    + **1+ year of experience** in manufacturing

    + Prior **machine operation or woodworking experience** (a plus, but not required)

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
