    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    * Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment.

    * Review vendor statements and collect past due invoices as needed.

    * Review data entry edits for correct entry, correct as needed.

    * Other duties and projects, as assigned.

    * Maintain various fuel files and reconcile reports for Accounting.

    * Receive leak/damage trailer claims, send a notification to service center shops for repairs, and manage the process through repair completion.

    * Input data entry and scanning of repair authorizations for reconciliation.

    * Process and approve invoices through intranet workflow.

    * Distribute mail received from external sources and distribute accordingly within the department.

    * Review, code and process daily worklogs, vehicle repair orders, accidents and repair authorizations.

    * Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.

    * Provide support to other inter-department managers as needed.

    * Review trailer Federal Inspections logs for accuracy.

    * Answer department telephones and provide support and assistance for internal and external customers.

    Requirements

    Education:

    * Pursuing Bachelor's Degree, required

    Experience:

    * No prior experience necessary

    Computer Skills:

    * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required

    Other Details

    Work Hours:

    * This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

    Compensation:

    * This is a hourly position paid weekly.
