Provide direct advice on scaling translation from spiny mice, lab mice, non-human primates and humans, including metabolic effects associated with toxicant exposures. These experiments will support research focused on endocrine disrupting chemicals known to alter brain and whole-body metabolism and Fe-heavy air pollution, as iron is a critical co-factor for many metabolic and immunological pathways.
