Job Description
**Quad City Physical Therapy** is looking for a motivated and compassionate **Physical Therapy Tech / Front Desk Admin** to join our team. This unique dual-role position plays a vital part in both front office operations and patient care support, helping ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Welcome and check in patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient accounts.
+ Handle clerical tasks including data entry, filing, referral tracking, collections, and completing system tasks.
+ Assist licensed physical therapy staff by observing patients during therapeutic exercises, ensuring safety and proper technique while under direction of licensed clinical staff.
+ Prepare patients for therapy sessions
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces; launder linens and sanitize treatment areas.
+ Assemble, disassemble, and maintain therapy equipment to ensure functionality.
+ Perform clinic opening and closing duties, including securing the facility
Qualifications
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
+ Previous experience in a medical or therapy setting is a plus
