Qualifications

As a Physical Therapist at Ability Rehabilitation, you’ll work with a supportive team that values innovation, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload while building lasting relationships with your patients.

+ Graduate of a **CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program**

+ **Current Florida PT license** or ability to obtain one promptly

+ **CPR certification**

+ Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation

+ Strong communication skills with patients, colleagues, and referral partners

+ Ability to multitask and manage clinic responsibilities effectively

+ Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset

+ Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
