As Senior Manager, Automation Engineering, you’ll shape the next generation of customer experiences and operational excellence, working at the forefront of technology to transform how millions shop every day.

What you'll do...

+ Lead the development of store frontend simulations and digital twins to optimize checkout and operations

+ Guide external partners to deliver scalable simulation tools

+ Integrate AI, machine learning, and sensor data into innovative solutions

+ Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across the network

+ Manage complex projects, risks, and cross-functional communication

What You’ll Bring

+ Proven expertise in simulation modeling and digital twin technologies

+ Advanced skills in Python, data analysis, and optimization algorithms

+ Strong business acumen and experience building business cases

+ Ability to influence stakeholders and manage external partnerships

+ Experience leading technical teams in automation or data science

+ Experience leading a Simulation / Data Science team providing key business and system design inputs, validation, and optimization value propositions for efficiency and innovation

+ Advanced level experience building discrete event simulation models from scratch using industry standard tools such as Enterprise Dynamics, Anylogic, FlexSim, NVIDIA Omniverse

+ Advanced understanding of E2E process flow modeling

+ Expert in using Python Simpy and other big-data analysis tools such as (Pandas, Sci-kit, Numpy) with a demonstrated experience in having used these tools in complex models

+ Fundamental understanding of ML concepts and experience using TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.

+ Advanced experience in SQL querying languages

+ Experience developing optimization algorithms from scratch (formulation of objective functions, Gurobi or PuLP solvers)

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
