Position Summary...
As part of the Last Mile Delivery (LMD) organization, the Driver Content, Communications & Engagement Team creates meaningful touchpoints designed to raise awareness, educate, and engage our gig-driver community on the Spark Driver App. The Creative Content workstream shapes how gig drivers experience the app—from onboarding through their 100th trip and beyond—translating complex features into intuitive, visually engaging experiences that build trust, reduce support contacts, and foster long-term loyalty.
We’re seeking a visionary and strategic leader to define and execute the creative vision for driver-facing content and multimedia storytelling. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction, ensuring every project is visually stunning, purposeful, and aligned with business goals. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to design dynamic, journey-based experiences that improve adoption, retention, and engagement—while pushing the boundaries of video, animation, 2D/3D motion graphics, and interactive content.
What you'll do...
Lead Creative Strategy & Direction
+ Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy for in-app experiences, marketing assets, and educational modules.
+ Champion innovative storytelling through video, motion design, UI visuals, and live-action content.
+ Oversee concept development, storyboarding, and execution for multimedia projects across marketing, product, and brand campaigns.
+ Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and deliver personalized, high-quality content at scale.
Own Content Impact
+ Translate business goals into creative strategies thatoptimizeconversion and reduce churn.
+ Partner with product, marketing, and support teams to embed content touchpoints across thedriverlifecycle.
+ Maintain high creative standards and ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all content formats.
Manage & Inspire
+ Lead and mentor a team of visual designers, animators, and video producers.
+ Prioritize projects andallocateresources to align with key businessobjectives.
+ Stay ahead of emerging design, animation, and motion graphics trends, integrating fresh ideas into the team’s work.
Drive Operational Excellence
+ Implement workflows that ensure consistency, compliance, and speed to market.
+ Collaborate with analytics and engineering to measure content effectiveness and iterate based on insights.
+ Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Lead Strategic Initiatives
+ Oversee major projects such as website redesigns, app rebranding, and acquisition funnel optimization.
+ Drive evergreen content updates and intuitive in-app flow improvements.
What** **You’ll** **Bring** **:
+ 7+ years in creative content production, with proven experience in video, animation, 2D/3D motion graphics—preferably in technology or gig-economy environments; 3+ years in people management.
+ Strong portfolioshowcasingcreative direction and execution across multiple media formats.
+ Deep understanding of user-centered design, visual storytelling principles, and industry-standard tools.
+ Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
+ Ability to balance creative vision with operational rigor and data-driven decision-making.
+ Passion for creating intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences that empoweraudiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
