Overview
Executive Producers at Razorfish manage up to two mid- to large-size productions simultaneously and oversee projects led by Producers, Senior Producers, and Supervising Producers. They build strong relationships with third-party vendors and the in-house production team. The role requires expertise in at least three production specialties—such as broadcast, design, motion graphics (2D/3D), podcasts, social-first content, UX, interactive, experiential, or live events.
The Executive Producer is skilled in writing bid specifications, securing bids, guiding Director’s Treatments, and creating LOEs for projects. They have a solid understanding of legality, business affairs, and rights management, and be equally comfortable on set for photo or video shoots as in managing post-production and animation.
In this role, you will lead junior team members, provide guidance, and foster the growth of Producers while managing a team of direct reports.
Responsibilities
+ Assisting with the production department's operations and strategy.
+ Building and fostering high-level client relationships.
+ Driving innovation and offering ideas for the vision for the production team.
+ Ensuring the agency's work meets top-tier quality standards.
+ Negotiating contracts, partnerships, and vendor relationships.
+ Overseeing budgets and financial planning.
+ Identifying new business opportunities and expanding services.
+ Managing and resolving high-level challenges and risks.
Qualifications
+ 10+ years of experience in production.
+ Proven track record of production leadership.
+ Excellent client relationship management skills.
+ Broad understanding of digital marketing and advertising landscapes.
+ Strong financial and operational acumen.

Compensation Range: $129.485 - $177,200 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
