What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our HR product team, driving innovation across the engagement product family. In this role, you’ll deliver experiences that connect employees to the organization and make it easy to access HR services—think engagement channels like hubs and portals, HR service delivery, and knowledge management platforms. You’ll lead the strategy for creating intuitive, workflow-driven solutions that power these key employee experiences and ensure they are scalable, secure, and globally consistent. This product family will also implement our AI-powered HR chatbot to provide intelligent, proactive support through agentic actions. You’ll collaborate closely across HR, engineering, technology teams, and business partners to build scalable, intuitive solutions that improve global employee experiences and ensure data quality and compliance.
You’ll be responsible for:
+ Own Product Strategy: Define and lead engagement product strategy that aligns with enterprise goals and delivers a frictionless HR experience
+ Drive Discovery & Insights: Guide discovery efforts by collecting feedback and analytics to gain insights and prioritize key areas
+ Lead Product Delivery: Ensure successful, value-driven delivery across teams. Manage dependencies, support agile practices, and deliver on roadmap commitments
+ Measure & Optimize: Track product performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously evolve the product to meet enterprise needs
+ Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Partner with stakeholders across all levels to align on goals, communicate strategy, and share outcomes—building trust, managing expectations, and driving informed decisions
+ Mentor & Shape Culture: Support and mentor other product managers, sharing best practices to foster a strong, high-performing product culture

Who You Are
+ 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
+ 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams and partners while managing 1 or multiple products
+ Excellent communication skills including the ability to lead, influence and negotiate with partners at all levels of the company
+ Strong strategic thinking/vision, collaboration and decision-making skills along with business savviness and relationship management skills
+ Demonstrated experience collaborating, influencing, and negotiating in a professional team environment, including using diverse perspectives and data to inform actions
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
+ Product management experience in a mature environment, with knowledge of modern discovery and delivery methods
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or similar platforms, and experience implementing AI-driven chatbots or conversational platforms, specifically those capable of performing automated or agentic actions
+ Strong understanding of UX and digital experience design, with ability to balance strategic vision and execution using scalable technology solutions
+ Background in HR within a global enterprise, including product strategy, scope, and scale
+ Experience with agile planning and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$104400 - $170000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Core business hours are based on Central Standard Time (CST). Due to the global nature of this role, occasional adjustments to your schedule will be necessary to accommodate collaboration with global partners.
Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
