    Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $27-$30/hour, 1** **st** **shift – 18 month contract

    What’s a typical day as Training Administrator/Coordinator? You’ll be:

     

    + Supporting Web-based learning systems, IT projects, and coordinating marketing training programs.

    + Producing, updating, and providing best practice support using Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.

    + Creating and maintaining a local document management system for the department.

    + Preparing moderately complex documents using various office applications and gathering/summarizing data for reports.

    + Designing your own monthly schedule and assigning tasks to others, ensuring high-priority workflow is maintained.

    + Managing facility logistics, equipment, and training aids for efficient training operations.

    + Interacting with external business partners and handling proprietary or confidential information.

    + Maintaining data in multiple systems and supporting Learning Management System administration at the channel partner level.

    + Building effective relationships within the internal client organization and supporting high quality professional services.

    + Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.

    + Producing accurate reports from various standard sources for departmental use.

    + Continually developing your capabilities through assessment, training, and industry best practice education.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    + Have experience in training administration, program coordination, or marketing support.

    + Are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and creating/manage departmental databases.

    + Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing logistics and confidential information.

    + Are comfortable designing schedules and managing workflows for teams and high-priority tasks.

    + Can adapt quickly to evolving technology and operational protocols.
