    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $18 - $24 / hour*_

    What You'll Be Doing as a Building Maintenance Technician:

    + Maintain, repair, and ensure safe operation of building systems and facilities

    + Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

    + Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural systems

    + Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs

    + Complete minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs

    + Maintain building safety systems (lighting, alarms, locks)

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

    + Maintain maintenance logs and documentation

    + Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed

    + Keep tools, equipment, and work areas safe and organized

    Available Shifts:

    Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Previous maintenance or trade experience preferred

    + Technical training or certifications a plus

    + Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

    + Ability to troubleshoot and repair building equipment

    + Strong problem-solving and time management skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Good communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to lift, climb, and perform manual labor

    + Willingness to work indoors and outdoors

    + Background check and drug screening required
