Supply Chain Data Analyst Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5PM Job Summary
The Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate item and contract data within supply chain systems, supporting purchasing and ordering processes, and resolving data-related issues that impact operations. This role combines strong system management skills with advanced Excel-based analysis to ensure data integrity, contract accuracy, and seamless ordering functionality.
Key Responsibilities

+ Create, maintain, and manage item records in supply chain and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of item attributes.
+ Set up and manage supplier contracts within the system, verifying pricing, terms, and effective dates to ensure correct configuration and compliance.
+ Use Microsoft Excel extensively for data uploads, data validation, queries, reconciliation, and ongoing analytical support.
+ Review item and contract configurations when ordering issues arise, identify root causes, and coordinate corrections to restore ordering functionality.
+ Partner with procurement, sourcing, and operations teams to support system updates and resolve data discrepancies.
+ Perform ad hoc analysis to support supply chain decision-making and continuous process improvement.
+ Maintain documentation and follow standard procedures for item and contract setup and maintenance
Education/Other Requirements
+ 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Prefer degree in business, supply chain, marketing or IT but will consider other concentrations if applicable to job requirements. Will also consider candidates who have the minimum of 5 years of experience in operational or Supply Chain data analysis.
+ Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operational or Supply Chain data analysis, required.
+ Additional skills required: Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with strong initiative and minimal guidance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent written and oral skills.
+ Additional skills preferred: Knowledge of ERP and procurement systems, particularly Infor/Lawson. Experience in systems implementations and supply chain project work. Experience in healthcare and/or supply chain. Microsoft Access knowledge.
