Raytheon has an excellent opportunity within the Land & Air Defense Systems (L&ADS) organization for a Principal Supply Proposal Analyst. The position is a highly valued pricing position within a dynamic organization focused on creating and supporting Cost Volume and Pricing efforts. The Principal Proposal Analyst position requires contact and coordination with many proposal team members, which could include subcontractors, customers, and management. The ability to develop and understand simple and/or complex Excel cost models to support proposal efforts is a key function for proposal development and Gate reviews discussions.
What You Will Do:
+ Plan and schedule cost proposal efforts
+ Coordination of cost, schedule, and technical data for the development of the proposal in line with the specifications of the Request for Proposal (RFP)
+ Collection and accumulation of cost data in coordination with proposal team as well as functional departments
+ Research and analyze historical data from similar past performance programs
+ Assist in the developing of cost models and strategies associated with the bid/proposal.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of Bid/Cost Proposal experience working on competitive proposals in excess of $25 Million
+ Experience with Pricing Tools used in cost development
+ Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS and other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience in proposal management and development, cost development, BOE development, and reading/writing/responding to RFIs and RFPs is essential
+ Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) process and the full business development lifecycle for US federal contractors.

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
