Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) for the Raytheon AIM-9X program located on site in Tucson, Arizona. This individual contributor role is a great opportunity for someone looking to work directly with the supply base. This role requires knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process with practical knowledge of project and material management. In this role you will learn and further develop your knowledge of manufacturing, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization. You will develop and execute a material program strategy/plan for a program or integrated product team.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills to influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one’s own job function as well as with parties external to the organization and company. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution.
What You Will Do:
+ Overall supply chain ownership of a key suppliers
+ Develop and execute strategies to perform and meet the Program’s needs
+ Lead robust and challenging negotiations to meet the Program objectives
+ Provide accurate forecasting and realization of sales and additional financial metrics
+ Commitment to obtain MPM certification after experience in the role
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five (5) years prior relevant Supply Chain experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years experience.
+ Supply chain experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Active Secret Clearance
+ Experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance or Supplier Management is required.
+ Experience of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Power point).
+ Must be a self-starter who has met organizational and program objectives, and has interfaced with all levels of internal management, supplier management.
+ Must have worked in a high stress, fast paced environment of development.
+ Time management skills and experience assigning the appropriate priorities to the many tasks that will be required

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
