What You'll Be Doing
+ Oversee daily weighing operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
+ Provide guidance and support to weighmaster staff, fostering a high-performing team environment.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for inbound and outbound materials.
+ Collaborate with plant leadership to optimize customer flow and operational processes.
+ Troubleshoot scale issues and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.

Work Environment
This role works in an aggregate plant environment involving regular interaction with drivers, equipment, and production areas. The position requires extended periods at a workstation along with routine movement throughout the facility. Safety procedures and personal protective equipment are essential elements of daily work.
