Role Responsibilities
+ Requirements Management (Gathering, Define, validate, Control)
+ Strong technical documentation- write Business requirements documents
+ Write technical design documents
+ User Support Interface / Initial Data Analysis
+ Strong communication skills
+ Vendor interface / Issue management
+ Requirements Management: Gathering requirements from TMNAS stakeholders, managing scope and use cases and obtaining governance approvals for actuarial production job changes
Roles :
+ Production Support of the actuary production jobs and applications. Production Support \
+ Incident Management – Responding to, analyzing, and resolving Incidents in the batch and online applications that are in scope
+ User Support – Assisting users in the day to day activities allowing them to complete their jobs; User Support includes answering questions, addressing small research requests creating small ad hoc reports ), running manual jobs, reviewing client generated SQL code, and facilitating user needs with other departments
+ Problem Management – Analyzing causes of errors and performing trend analysis to determine how to prevent incidents or to correct the causes of past incidents. Perform root cause analysis for all SEV1 and SEV2 tickets Documents RCAs
+ Oversight to ensure team meets SLAs- response and resolution
+ Reports- tracks and maintains ticket details and status
Required Skills
+ **Business Analysis Expertise:** Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
+ **SQL Proficiency:** Strong SQL skills for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
+ **Change Management:** Demonstrated ability to lead and manage organizational change initiatives effectively.
+ **Actuarial Knowledge (Preferred):** Experience in the actuarial space is a significant plus and will be highly valued

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $60-$71/Hour **.** This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
