    As a Client Delivery Senior Associate your role will be to manage your own client book of business while providing support to Client Delivery Managers according to organizational needs. This will include, but is not limited to, verifying data, creating reports, documenting client meeting minutes, and executing various ad hoc tasks in response to client requests. The Client Delivery Sr. Associate primary focus is on delivering exceptional service to assigned clients, with a portion of time dedicated to supporting team efforts.

    Responsibilities

    Client Management:

    + Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.

    + Manage client meeting schedules and agendas, ensuring alignment with project scope agreements.

    + Create, deliver, and present both standard and ad hoc client-facing material/reporting based on individual client needs.

    + Facilitate all client meetings, ensuring effective action management and follow-through on commitments.

    + Support implementation project management under leadership direction

    + Support client expectations and follow through on commitments

    + Resolve problems internally by investigating the presented issues, consulting with other teams and/or researching under the specific client’s account

    + Monitor Client health key performance indicators (KPI’s), escalate client risks and opportunities as necessary

    + Conduct account-level reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports and deliverables as needed.

    Support:

    + Produce reports, draft operational meeting agendas, submit user tickets, and provide comprehensive assistance to the Client Delivery Manager as needed.

    + Document meeting minutes attentively to capture client needs and actionable items accurately.

    + Prepare and organize materials for quarterly business reviews and discussions.

    + Investigate case level feedback and coordinate with Client Delivery Manager on delivery to the client under leadership's direction.

    Required Qualifications

    + 2 to 3 years of internal or external customer service experience or demonstrate relevant experience and written business communication

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience in working with MS Excel (intermediate level Excel or above)

    + Proven experience in building reports, validating data, providing analysis and proven experience in quality assurance

    + Efficiently manage time and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

     

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

     

    This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
