    Director Assistant - US Consumer Services Finance

    The Director Assistant for USCS Finance will be a key thought partner for the US Consumer Services organization, including Global Rewards and Membership Services. Our team drives business decisions that encompass P&L Management, new product and benefit launches, product refreshes, deal negotiations, investment optimization and operating expense management, all while upholding the highest standards of financial integrity.

     

    As a crucial member of the leadership team, the Director Assistant will be responsible for key strategic and organizational initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across the Finance organization while managing the team’s operational processes, including internal communications, organizational engagement, budgeting, performance reviews, and talent strategy. Moreover, the Director will manage ad-hoc projects across the USCS Finance organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Management of key CEG processes including the facilitation of colleague performance reviews, goal setting, and the development and execution of talent strategy

    + Oversight of the USCS Finance budgeting process, including creating the annual forecast and continuously monitoring progress against the forecast throughout the year

    + Organize leadership strategy sessions, lead key communications, and provide proactive support to the SVP and Leadership team on ad-hoc projects

    + Foster strong relationship with USCS Finance team; help drive colleague engagement

    + Play a vital role in interacting across Finance and collaborating with Blue Box stakeholders on major strategic initiatives

    Qualifications:

    + 4 years of experience in Finance or similar fields

    + Strong sense of judgement and integrity with ability to handle highly sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality is a must

    + Exemplary written and verbal communication skills: ability to synthesize complex information, communicate key messages and influence organizational thinking

    + Proactive in anticipating needs of the organization and responsive to requests in a timely, efficient manner while balancing other priorities

    + Be a highly motivated self-starter with strong planning and organizing skills, ability to manage and deliver results on complex projects and multiple tasks

    + Be intellectually curious and learn quickly, work independently with little direction, and take the lead in situations where appropriate

    + Have the capability to influence and shape diverse viewpoints from multiple stakeholders while building relationships

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
