Our client, **a leading financial services organization** , is seeking a **Data Analyst** to join their team. As a **Data Analyst** , you will be part of the **Data & Analytics Department** supporting **business operations and strategy teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical thinking** , **excellent communication skills** , and **the ability to work independently** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Analyst

**Location:** Riverside, RI – Hybrid (onsite 4 days per week)

**Pay Range:** Up to $18.82/hr (W2)

What’s the Job?

(Max of 5)

+ Perform exploratory data analysis and advanced statistical techniques

+ Develop and present strategic recommendations based on data insights

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and access data elements

+ Apply data mining methodologies to support key business initiatives

+ Identify and recommend process improvement and optimization opportunities

What’s Needed?

(Max of 5)

+ Previous experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst

+ Experience with regression, clustering, predictive modeling, or similar techniques

+ Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics tools

+ Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to stakeholders

+ Ability to work independently in a hybrid onsite environment
