Our client, an industrial organization committed to operational excellence and safety, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician 1, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting daily maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to safety and detail, adaptability and willingness to shift tasks as needed, and reliable attendance and punctuality, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician 1

**Location:** Little Rock, AR

Pay Range: $18.50 hourly

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly equipment inspections to ensure optimal operation.

+ Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and other safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

+ Conduct basic troubleshooting of motors and electrical components to identify and resolve issues.

+ Perform minor welding and fabrication tasks as needed to support maintenance activities.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ 2–4 years of related industrial maintenance experience.

+ Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safe work practices.

+ Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Basic math and reasoning skills, including troubleshooting equipment failures.
