    Our client, a leading organization in healthcare and provider operations, is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join their team. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be part of the Provider Management team supporting clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead requirements-elicitation sessions with diverse provider stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical needs.

    + Translate provider operational and clinical needs into clear, actionable requirements and specifications.

    + Develop functional, conceptual, and logical design documentation to support system enhancements and workflows.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, and clinical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

    + Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field.

    + 10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within IT development, with at least 3 years in healthcare settings.

    + Exceptional requirements-elicitation, facilitation, and documentation skills.

    + Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and customer service abilities.

    + Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
