Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Network / System Engineer III to join their team. As a Network / System Engineer III, you will be part of the Voice Access and Security Services Engineering team supporting architecture and engineering functions for collaboration and productivity products and solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
What's the Job?
+ Develop and manage program schedules and tasks from an engineering perspective in collaboration with the program management office.
+ Create ROM/SOW quotes for equipment placement and licensing to support project needs.
+ Assist in developing project documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), cost estimates, and equipment requests.
+ Support business-initiated projects with complex integrated configurations involving Session Border Controllers, Security Services, E911, SIP, LAN/WAN, VoIP, and related systems.
+ Conduct SIT testing, document results, develop scripts, and prepare low-level designs for implementation and configuration of network components.
What's Needed?
+ 10+ years of telecommunications experience with a focus on carrier/transport and SIP access technologies.
+ Strong knowledge of session border controllers and SIP Trunking at a carrier level.
+ Experience with QoS configurations, jitter management, diagnosing, tuning QoS, and bandwidth analysis.
+ Proficiency in LAN/WAN communications, switches, and routers, with extensive troubleshooting skills.
+ Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Data Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
